1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Xoxrihfeb's legal services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

Xoxrihfeb provides legal consulting and services across Malaysia and Asia. Our services are subject to applicable laws and professional regulations.

3. Professional Relationship

Engagement with Xoxrihfeb establishes a client-attorney relationship governed by professional ethics, confidentiality, and fiduciary duty.

4. Confidentiality & Privilege

All communications between you and our firm are protected by attorney-client privilege and confidentiality. Information may only be disclosed with your written consent or as required by law.

5. Fees & Payment

Fee arrangements will be outlined in a separate engagement letter. Invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges as stated in the engagement agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Xoxrihfeb provides services in good faith. We are not liable for outcomes beyond our reasonable control. Disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration under Malaysian law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees remain due, and we will cooperate in transferring client files as required by law.

8. Data Protection (GDPR & PDPA)

We comply with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and international privacy standards. Your data will not be shared without consent, except as legally required.

9. Disclaimers

Legal advice provided is based on facts presented. Future laws or facts may affect prior advice. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Courts in Kuala Lumpur have jurisdiction over disputes arising hereof.
